Signature Requirements For Delivery

If your delivery is over $1,000 we require a signature for delivery. Ring Sizing: Please check our Ring Size chart at time of purchase. Cost varies depending on ring size. Please allow 2-3 additional days before shipping. All return items must be in new and unused condition including the original packaging and tags. You must notify with your order number via email within 7 business days after receiving your order for an authorization. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, then we will withhold up to a $12.00 S&H handling fee to help offset labor, materials, & shipping expense. We do our best to process return requests within 3 business days of receipt of the returned product. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in a case where shipped a defective or incorrect item. You are responsible to ensure that the item reaches us, so we suggest using a shipping company with tracking numbers. We cannot be responsible for items that are shipped back to us, and never reach us.
